Amanda heads the automobile subrogation division at RMI, and is responsible for overseeing all auto litigation. In this capacity Amanda not only litigates cases, but also manages the auto paralegal and collection staff.

Amanda’s work ethic, knowledge of Ohio law and attention to detail make her a valuable asset to RMI and our clients. Her understanding of automobile subrogation law has a solid foundation. Her experience includes working at the Cleveland Law Department. Amanda joined RMI during law school. After obtaining her law degree, Amanda was a natural fit to RMI. Over the past years she has gained valuable experience litigating auto subrogation cases of all types throughout Ohio.

Amanda holds an NASP Certified Subrogation Recovery Professional (CSRP) designation. The designation is awarded to subrogation industry professionals who have met stringent academic and experience requirements, followed by passing a comprehensive examination of multiple subrogation topics.

An up and coming attorney in the subrogation legal community, Amanda was selected as Subrogation Automobile Track Leader for the national conference of NASP in Washington, DC.
