Elaine’s past experience at a regional law firm includes years of managing, litigating, and strategizing subrogation practices to maximize recoveries for clients. Well‑versed in both Ohio and Indiana law, she has extensive experience in a high-volume subrogation practice, litigation, negotiations and settlements, arbitration filings, training and mentoring of staff.
She is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in both Ohio and Indiana. Elaine earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bowling Green State University.
