Dustin Smith Named New RMI Property Division Chair

RMI is proud to announce the appointment of Attorney Dustin Smith as the new Chair of the firm’s Property Division.

Dustin Smith exemplifies those values. Dustin Smith joined RMI in 2017 and immediately became integral to the expansion of RMI’s Property Division. Throughout his career, Dustin has consistently demonstrated exceptional legal expertise, competent leadership, and a strong commitment to delivering successful results for our clients.

Dustin’s background in aeronautical and astronautical engineering has proven to be a unique asset in understanding and assessing complex and large property claims. With this experience and knowledge, Dustin has earned a reputation in the subrogation industry as a skilled litigator that is dedicated to effective and efficient client representation.

As Chair of the Property Division, Dustin will oversee the division’s operations and growth, mentor and support property attorneys, and continue to serve our clients with skilled and competent representation. Dustin’s leadership will help guide RMI’s continued growth while preserving the values and client-focused approach that have defined our success for more than 35 years.
